On March 28, 2025, the 7th National Financial Big Data and AI Strategic Integration Development Conference opened in Linping District, Hangzhou. The event was co-hosted by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Jiusan Society. Notable leaders including Ye Zhengbo, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Political Consultative Conference, attended the ceremony.

Luo mentioned, ‘The core of the All Intelligent Quantitative 4.0 era is to enable AI Agents to possess autonomous decision-making capabilities.’
