SINGAPORE-BASED property technology startup Homeqube Pte. Ltd. is set to transform the housing market in the Philippines by constructing 1,000 homes integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology by mid-2025. The initiative was announced recently by Homeqube’s founder and CEO, Jose Paolo Calma, who expressed excitement about the potential impact of such innovations on modern living.
The company will also launch a do-it-yourself (DIY) home kit known as ‘DIY QUBE’. This innovative solution allows buyers to construct their homes piece by piece at their own pace, emphasizing flexibility and personalization in home building.
This move not only aims to cater to the growing demand for sustainable housing but also to provide potential homeowners with a participatory role in their construction journey. Integrating cutting-edge technologies like AI and blockchain positions Homeqube to meet contemporary housing demands efficiently.
