AI Week at MSOE Set for April 2025
The inaugural AI Week at MSOE will take place from April 22 to 26, 2025. The theme for this exciting event is ‘AI: The Future is Now,’ where a series of AI-focused events will demonstrate how artificial intelligence is transforming various industries.
Throughout the week, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities including poster presentations, insightful keynote speeches featuring industry leaders from NVIDIA, GE HealthCare, and MCW Froedtert, networking opportunities, and the Rosie Supercomputer Super Challenge, all free of charge. Additionally, food will be provided for all participants.
Highlights of AI Week
- Innovative Teaching: Insights on Generative AI in Education – Join a discussion with MSOE’s Copilot 365 AI Community of Practice members in the Diercks Hall atrium.
- AI in Healthcare: Transforming Patient Care and Innovation – Experience keynote presentations and discussions on AI integration in healthcare systems at the MSOE Welcome Center, featuring notable speakers from GE HealthCare, Froedtert Hospital, and MCW.
- Rosie Supercomputer Super Challenge – Witness student demonstrations and award presentations in the Diercks Hall atrium and NVIDIA Auditorium.
- AI at MSOE: Student Voices – Learn from MSOE students about their experiences with generative AI.
- Distinguished Lecturer: Dr. Jules White – Attend a keynote seminar on AI in education presented by Dr. White, Director of Future of Learning & Generative AI at Vanderbilt University, at the Direct Supply Innovation Technology Center.
