Avant Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: AVAI) and its joint venture partner, Ainnova Tech, Inc., are in discussions with an international healthcare innovation company to license or potentially acquire its patented early disease detection technology. This move aims to create a more accessible, low-cost approach to preventive health reporting and disease prediction, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI).

Vinicio Vargas, CEO of Ainnova, emphasized the company’s mission to make early disease detection available everywhere, at a low cost, and with ease. ‘Our purpose is to create the future of early disease detection in an accessible way, so that patients can get a preventive check-up anywhere, at a low cost, and easily,’ he stated. ‘We want to prevent patients with risk factors from developing other diseases that could have been avoided before they became a real problem.’

Both companies are working to expand their technology portfolio with the goal of leading in AI-driven early detection. They have already integrated four algorithms into their Vision AI platform, which focuses on comprehensive health reports by leveraging the retina as a vital sign, along with other laboratory and patient data.
