HFS Names 11 Firms as Leaders in Analytics, AI, Data, and Automation

Analyst firm HFS has released its latest assessment of the professional services landscape for Analytics, AI, Data, and Automation, confirming 11 companies as leaders in the domain.

The benchmark from HFS, a US-headquartered research firm and one of the larger analysts in the professional services scene, assessed 27 service providers on how effectively they are helping their clients embrace four key technologies: analytics, artificial intelligence, data, and automation. These four technologies all rank among the top 10 tech priorities for CIOs worldwide, and are essential for driving efficiency, smarter ways of working, and innovation.

To rate the business and technology consulting firms, HFS assessed a number of factors, including the breadth and depth of offerings, the strength of technological solutions, but also the quality of intellectual property and talent.

Ranked at the top level are 11 ‘market leaders’: Accenture, Cognizant, Eviden, EXL, EY, IBM Consulting, Infosys, KPMG, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, and WNS.

“The integration of analytics, AI, data platforms, and automation – the ‘quadfecta’ – is poised to be enterprises’ most significant growth catalyst in the next two–to-three years. As these technologies converge, they enhance existing business operations and fundamentally reshape industry landscapes by enabling more agile, intelligent, and data-driven decision-making processes,” said Ashish Chaturvedi, Research Practice Leader at HFS.

“Enterprises strategically embracing this quadfecta will streamline their operations and unlock new levels of innovation and customer engagement, setting a new standard for competitive advantage in the digital era.”

“These 11 leading service providers can deliver end-to-end solutions and an enterprise-grade impact. Their robust bundle of analytics, AI, data, and automation offerings, delivered across multiple industries, can help enterprises become agile, frictionless, and autonomous.”
