On December 24, 2024, Holoconnects, a leader in 3D holographic solutions, announced a game-changing partnership with Mews and CIC Hospitality to unveil an AI-powered holographic front desk avatar, aiming to revolutionize guest interactions in hotels. This innovative solution, created with RAVATAR, utilizes real-time, lifelike AI digital humans to ensure smooth hotel operations and enrich the guest experience.
This AI holographic avatar is integrated into Holoconnects’ Holobox and delivers immersive experiences through high-resolution 3D visuals. Guests can engage with the avatar in real-time, experiencing natural conversations, check-ins and more. The technology permits the avatar to assist in tasks like generating room keys and making dining reservations.
The avatar was first deployed at the Aiden by Best Western Lolland in Denmark on November 21, marking a significant advancement in AI and holography for hospitality. CIC Hospitality played a pivotal role in this deployment, which highlights AI’s potential impact on traditional hotel operations.
Mews’ integration significantly enhances the avatar’s functionalities, improving hotel operations and guest interactions. By automating processes, Mews maximizes revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction in hospitality settings.
“This launch underscores CIC Hospitality’s commitment to leveraging innovative technology to transform guest experiences. We are excited to collaborate with Holoconnects and Mews to explore how these cutting-edge solutions can enhance the hospitality landscape,” said Matthias Tanski, CEO of CIC Hospitality.
Holoconnects co-founder and CEO André Smith remarked that this technology could redefine modern hotels: “We believe it will elevate the guest experience and overall customer satisfaction.”
Holoconnects is also expanding beyond hospitality and enhancing immersive experiences across industries like healthcare, education, and retail, showcasing its commitment to innovation and technology.
“At Mews, we are dedicated to building the right solutions that provide remarkable experiences for guests, no matter where they stay.” said Matt Welle, CEO of Mews. “This revolutionary front-desk avatar has the potential to transform the hotel reception experience as we know it.”
