Ridgefield Continuing Education is offering a series of engaging technology workshops led by tech journalist Lance Whitney. These workshops focus on various topics including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, Windows, and Google Docs, providing opportunities for community members to enhance their tech skills.
Workshop Details
Workshops will be held in person at the Annex. The schedule is as follows:
- AI for Everyone: Wednesday, April 2, 1 – 3 PM – Explore the major AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google Bard to learn how AI can improve your work and home life. Cost: $40 ($36 for seniors and disabled).
- Cybersecurity: How to Protect Yourself on the Internet: Wednesday, April 9, 1 – 3 PM – Learn how to safeguard your personal information and identity online. Cost: $40 ($36 for seniors and disabled).
- Windows Basics: Friday, April 25, 1 – 3 PM – Transition smoothly to Windows 10 or 11 while personalizing your settings. Cost: $40 ($36 for seniors and disabled).
- Google Docs: Wednesday, April 30, 1 – 3 PM on Zoom – Get hands-on experience in using Google Docs. Cost: $40 ($36 for seniors and disabled).
