Markt Introduces AI-Driven MLS Support Assistant
The consulting firm Markt has announced a partnership with Voiceflip to launch ARDI, an AI-powered assistant aimed at transforming MLS support for its subscribers. With over 60,000 members in its network, ARDI is designed to provide instant responses to a wide range of inquiries on MLS systems and related topics.
A representative from Markt stated, ‘We are currently training the AI, loading knowledge bases, and setting it up for internal operations. While we do not have a specific release date, we aim for a seamless integration into our daily workflows.’
ARDI, which stands for Artificial Reasoning and Decision Intelligence, supports over 25 languages, enabling real estate professionals to interact through various platforms, including text and voice. Its capabilities are designed to handle repetitive queries with accuracy and round-the-clock availability.
Markt General Manager Betsy Hanson highlighted that the tool will allow staff to focus on more complex issues, improving overall service efficiency and reducing operational costs.
